Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm. We help global organizations get financial clarity into the complex, daily sales, and operational decisions that impact profitable revenue generations, efficient operational performance, and reliable financial management.

At Spaulding Ridge, we believe all business is personal. Core to our values is our relationships with our clients, our business partners, our team, and the global community. Our employees dedicate their time to helping our clients transform their business, from strategy through implementation and business transformation.

We are looking for a Certinia PSA Solution Architect to join our Revenue Excellence team in the UK. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, helping organisations improve how they manage professional services delivery, resource planning, project financials, forecasting, and operational reporting through Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Salesforce.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on solution delivery with strategic consulting. You will lead customer engagements from discovery through deployment, identify operational challenges, document current-state and future-state processes, and design scalable Certinia PSA solutions that support efficient project delivery, accurate resource utilisation, improved financial visibility, and consistent adoption across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Certinia PSA implementation, enhancement, and optimisation projects, ensuring solutions align with client goals, delivery best practices, and long-term scalability.
  • Manage customer engagements from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and design sessions to understand business needs across resource management, project delivery, time and expense, billing, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs, including process flows, data models, configuration decisions, integration considerations, reporting needs, and documentation.
  • Design scalable service operations solutions using Certinia PSA and Salesforce, leveraging standard platform capabilities wherever possible and identifying when customisation or integration is required.
  • Partner with technical teams to support integrations between Certinia PSA, Salesforce, ERP, finance, billing, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
  • Own project budgets, profitability, schedules, risks, issues, quality standards, and delivery governance while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor teams of consultants, analysts, and technical resources, providing guidance on solution design, delivery methodology, stakeholder communication, and Certinia PSA best practices.
  • Support testing activities, including test strategy, user acceptance testing, defect triage, deployment readiness, and cutover planning.
  • Develop and maintain clear project deliverables such as requirements documentation, solution design materials, configuration workbooks, decision logs, training materials, and knowledge transfer assets.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing subject matter expertise, solution recommendations, scoping input, proposal content, estimates, and client demonstrations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client value through process improvement, platform optimisation, reporting enhancements, automation, and ongoing advisory services.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience delivering Certinia PSA, Salesforce Professional Services, or related enterprise service operations solutions in a consulting, implementation, or internal transformation environment.
  • Strong understanding of professional services business processes, including resource planning, project management, time and expense, utilisation, forecasting, backlog, billing, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
  • Experience in a Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, or similar client-facing role with responsibility for solution design and delivery outcomes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, security, data model design, reporting, dashboards, and platform governance.
  • Ability to gather complex requirements, facilitate executive and operational stakeholder discussions, and convert business needs into practical, scalable system solutions.
  • Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or phased delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, design reviews, testing, deployment, and adoption planning.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; Salesforce Platform App Builder, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications are beneficial.
  • Certinia PSA certifications, including PSA System Administrator or PSA Implementation Consultant, are highly desirable.
  • Strong consulting presence, communication skills, analytical thinking, documentation discipline, problem-solving ability, and confidence working with both business and technical audiences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience integrating Certinia PSA with ERP, billing, CPQ, data warehouse, finance, or enterprise reporting systems.
  • Exposure to Certinia modules or adjacent capabilities such as Services CPQ, PSA Analytics, Customer Success, Accounting, or Revenue Management.
  • Experience supporting change management, user enablement, training, and adoption across professional services, finance, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and advise clients on operating model, governance, reporting, and platform roadmap decisions.

What Success Looks Like:

The successful candidate will be able to build trust quickly, simplify complex business requirements, and deliver practical Certinia PSA solutions that improve visibility, consistency, and control across professional services operations. They will balance strategic advisory with hands-on execution, communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and help clients adopt solutions that support measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
