IC3 - IT Security Analyst (IAM)

Objective of the Role

As an IT Security Analyst (Mid Level) in the Identity Access Management team, you will be responsible for executing, coordinating, and ensuring compliance within our Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks. This role acts as an operational coordinator for day-to-day IAM processes, ensuring that user provisioning, access certification, and privilege controls align with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will collaborate in an agile environment, support the automation of controls, and help guide junior team members (IC1/IC2) in operational tasks. 

Key Responsibilities

1. IAM & PAM Operational Coordination

  • Access Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and execute the end-to-end provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of standard, service, and privileged accounts, ensuring compliance with established control points.
  • PAM & Vault Operation: Operate and monitor the Privileged Account Management (PAM) process and the corporate Password Vault. Support the integration of tools and platforms with the vault.
  • Access Certification: Coordinate user access certification initiatives across various technologies to guarantee legitimate access and maintain up-to-date profile and user matrices.

2. Risk, Compliance & Documentation

  • Control Monitoring: Monitor daily access management operations to ensure compliance with internal PAM policies and IT access processes.
  • Documentation & Indicators: Maintain accurate documentation of operational logs, identity controls, and risk remediation plans. Document and follow up on internal and regulatory IAM indicators.
  • Incident Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major identity-related operational incidents and implement approved corrective actions.

3. Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration

  • Automation Support: Propose and help implement necessary automations to improve the traceability of identity controls and efficiency of the operation.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure and Compliance teams to resolve permission assignment issues and ensure proper application access controls.
  • Operational Guidance (IC3 Scope): Provide peer support and operational guidance to junior analysts (IC1/IC2), fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team environment.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Information Security roles, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Technical Domain: Solid understanding of user lifecycle logic, privileged accounts, service accounts, and user access certification workflows.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience operating Entra ID, Password Vaults, PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea), and IAM tools.
  • Soft Skills & Frameworks: Ability to work autonomously in Agile/Lean environments, troubleshooting and decision-making skills for operational issues, and a proactive attitude toward risk remediation.
  • Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
