Who you are:

You are excited about digging into your customers’ most challenging problems. You’re passionate about finding new ways to leverage emerging video intelligence capabilities to gather insights and spur action to solve them. You bring deep technical expertise and collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver leading-edge solutions to our customers and drive the growth of our company.

While candidates based in the CA Bay Area who are willing to commute to 17 Bluxome Street at least 3 days per week are preferred, highly qualified remote candidates will be considered in the US only. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role now, or in the future. The target start date for this position is November 1st.

What Gets Our Attention:

  • Your ability to support RFPs, lead technical trials with prospects, and partner with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Product, and Engineering to solve challenging problems and develop solutions our customers
  • Your solutions-focused mindset and ability to build POCs to address specific customer challenges and demonstrate our capabilities
  • Your familiarity with APIs and integrations and ability to directly support customers with integrating our software with their systems
  • Your strong technical foundation in networking, especially if it includes experience in video management systems and applications
  • Your clear and effective professional communication skills that allow you to successfully set up and deliver product demos and carry out trials with prospects, communicate at all levels of an organization, both internally and with customers
  • Your experience selling to large enterprises (experience with local and state governments or schools (K-12) is an added plus)
  • Your bias to action and ability to effectively prioritize to manage multiple calls/demos per day
  • Your previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Implementation, or similar role for a SaaS company; startup experience is even better

What’s In It For You:

  • Annual Total Compensation Range up to $200,000, depending on experience and geographical location. 
    • Compensation is 70% base salary and 30% commission based. Commissions are paid monthly.
