Who you are.
You are a top seller turned strong sales leader. You might be a Manager, Sr. Manager or Director; your title at Spot AI will be determined by your experience and demonstrated skills and competencies during the interview process.
You're a builder at heart and a coach by nature; someone who loves rolling up your sleeves to drive results while developing a team that wins together. You’re not afraid to challenge the norm, and you're known for balancing strategic insight with tactical action. You’ve built, scaled, and led teams that consistently hit (and exceed) targets, and you’ve got the track record to prove it.
You’ve hired and cultivated top talent, kept high-performing teams motivated and accountable, and you know what great looks like. You lead with humility, show up with clarity, and know how to rally others toward a common goal. You understand how to drive GTM strategy, build repeatable sales motions, and lead teams through evolving market conditions.
- You’ve got a track record of success. You’ve driven successful quota attainment for yourself as an IC and for your teams across multiple segments and geographies.

- You’ve got tenure. You bring at least 3 years of sales leadership experience, managing a team of at least 5 IC’s.
What you’ll do:
You’ll lead a key sales region and own performance across a growing, high-opportunity territory. From day one, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how we go to market by building scalable sales motions, coaching managers and IC’s, and helping define what “elite” looks like at Spot AI.
You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Exec leadership to unlock new revenue opportunities and evolve our GTM approach. And as we expand into more enterprise-level customers, your voice will help shape how we engage and win at the top of the market.
Your impact will be visible, fast, and meaningful. From enabling your team to hit quota, to unlocking new motion plays, to influencing product development based on field feedback. You’ll be joining at a moment of rapid growth with plenty of upside for strong performance and long-term leadership.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Managers and AEs to consistently meet and exceed quota
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to continue raising the bar across the org
- Design and implement sales processes that support scale, consistency, and visibility
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to drive GTM alignment
- Bring customer insights from the field back to the business to influence strategy
- Own forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline hygiene across your region
- Partner with senior leadership on broader org strategy, team planning, and growth

Compensation and Benefits.
- Annual On-Target Earnings Range: $260,000 - $320,000, depending on demonstrated experience and competencies. OTE consists of a 50/50 base/commission split. Commission is paid monthly, and is uncapped.
