Inside Sales Account Executive

We’re on the hunt for results-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented professionals to join our fully remote inside sales team.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have a strong track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity inside sales or SaaS environment. Please include quotas/ KPIs, quota attainment, and any achievements (president club, summit club, highest sales of the year, etc.) on your resume.
- Confident, high-energy communicator who thrives on consultative selling over the phone and via video calls
- Embrace autonomy and are driven to succeed in a remote work setting
- Are growth-minded and seek opportunities to advance
- Love food, people, and supporting local businesses
- Have experience in the service industry or restaurant tech (a big plus – be sure to highlight this on your resume!)
- Enjoy working collaboratively across teams, especially with management and customer success post-sale
- Not afraid to pick up the phone, follow up persistently, and drive urgency in a sales cycle
What you’ll do:
We offer two tracks within our inside sales team depending on your background:
Jr. Account Executive (1-3 years sales experience)
- 6-month ramp-up program designed to prepare you for the full AE role
- Hands-on training and mentorship with a gradual transition into a full quota-carrying position
- Same responsibilities as a full AE, with reduced expectations while you get up to speed
Account Executive (3+ years)
- Jump right into full-cycle inside sales after completing SpotHopper’s world-class training
- Run demo calls with restaurant and bar owners via phone and video
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with the customer success team post-sale to ensure client success
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Outbound prospecting to restaurant/bar owners across the country
- Running scheduled calls and product demos via Google Meets
- Managing a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Hitting and exceeding monthly quotas and KPIs
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale
What we offer:
Compensation
- Jr AE: $75,000–$85,000 OTE (Base $50–$60K)
- Full AE: $100,000–$120,000 OTE in Year 1 (Base $60–$80K)
- Many of our AEs earn $150K–$200K+ by Year 2

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, hours based on your market coverage
Pay:
$75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (OTE, depending on experience and role level)
