As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of SpotOn’s compensation function. You will design and refine the analysis, delivery, and management of SpotOn’s compensation programs. This role will have a significant impact on SpotOn’s compensation strategy by informing key strategic decisions to help attract, motivate and retain top talent.
What you'll do:
- Design, implement and oversee the company's total compensation strategy, including base pay, variable compensation, and equity programs. Ensure programs are market-competitive, internally equitable, and support organizational goals across all global locations.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company's job architecture, including job families, career levels, and corresponding compensation structures. Partner with HR leadership to ensure alignment with talent management and organizational design strategies.
- Execute all compensation analytics and market analysis activities, including participation in and interpretation of multiple salary surveys, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Make data-driven recommendations for program adjustments based on market insights.
- Establish and maintain governance processes for compensation decisions, including promotion guidelines, market adjustments, off-cycle adjustment protocols, and new hire compensation. Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including market adjustments, merit increases, and bonus payouts. Develop tools and resources to support managers in making informed compensation decisions.
- Monitor and analyze compliance requirements for compensation laws and regulations across all global locations
- Provide strategic guidance on compensation matters and be a consultation partner to cross-functional teams, including, Recruiting, HRBP, Finance and SpotOn’s management team
Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation or relevant experience
- Experience leading compensation strategy for a global workforce; familiarity with US, Mexico, Poland and India markets preferred
- Experience working with external survey data sources. Experience with Radford preferred
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with ADP, Greenhouse, and PowerBI a plus
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while successfully managing multiple high-priority projects, driving initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex topics effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Experience managing compensation programs through periods of high growth and organizational change

Compensation:
- Our base pay ranges from $123,000 - $170,000 for this position. Offers will be reflective of the candidates location and experience.
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
