As the People Analytics & Technology Lead, you'll unlock the full potential of our people workforce data and People technology platforms to drive business value. You'll design and deliver powerful analytics solutions and data-driven insights that enable leaders across the business to confidently make strategic decisions about their teams, talent, and workforce investments. You'll own and optimize our core HR technology stack while shaping our global technology ecosystem towards improving the employee experience and creating operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

People Analytics

  • Design and develop sophisticated data visualization and comprehensive reporting solutions from the ground up, leveraging advanced dashboard creation skills to transform complex workforce data into compelling insights, while partnering with senior leadership to translate these analytics into strategic talent initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Serve as the strategic People Analytics partner to the People team and business leaders, delivering actionable workforce insights while building data literacy through hands-on coaching and creating self-service frameworks that empower stakeholders to independently leverage analytics in their strategic decision-making.
  • Responsible for enterprise-wide employee reporting. Streamline data delivery processes, building automated self-service dashboards, and establishing scalable reporting solutions that create operational efficiencies. 
  • Maintain and optimize a sophisticated people data infrastructure by harmonizing information across multiple global People systems, while applying deep understanding of organizational dynamics, People processes, and business operations to implement comprehensive validation frameworks that guarantee data accuracy and validity.

People Technology 

  • Drive end-to-end ownership of our people technology infrastructure, from maintaining and optimizing existing systems to implementing new solutions, while architecting seamless integrations across our technical ecosystem to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Partner on the evaluation, selection, and implementation of People technologies. This includes assessing system performance, user experience, compliance, audit readiness, and data privacy practices to inform your strategic decisions in support of the People Team's initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence by architecting comprehensive documentation, automating routine processes, and establishing scalable best practices that streamline system maintenance, accelerate integrations, and empower teams to operate efficiently across our technical infrastructure.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, compliance, system configurations, and user access to ensure data integrity and security.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to turn qual/quant people data into actionable insights for senior leaders. 
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and building/cleaning data sets. 
  • Preferred experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Expertise in HR/People systems implementation, optimization and maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of People systems and technologies, including HRIS, ATS and LMS.
  • Track record of implementing People technology solutions and driving user adoption.
  • Experience with data integrations and API management.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while successfully managing multiple high-priority projects, driving initiatives from conception to completion.

Compensation:

  • Our base pay ranges from $124,000 - $145,000 for this position. Offers will be reflective of the candidates location and experience.
  • Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
