Spotter Studio is a SaaS software suite that empowers top YouTube Creators to accelerate their business and unleash their full creative potential. As the Director of Lifecycle and Growth, you will lead Spotter Studio’s Lifecycle and Growth efforts. This role is critical for the growth of the Spotter Studio SaaS business across a number of different marketing channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, trial conversion, engagement, and retention
- Focus on increasing free-to-paid conversions, paid subscriptions and general product usage using a multitude of channels with an initial focus on email
- Brief and manage freelance copywriters, designers and technical email implementation contractors
- Develop and execute growth strategies—including experimentation with onboarding and funnel optimization —to drive user acquisition to accelerate free-to-paid conversion and improve retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, creative teams, data analytics and engineering
- Own the Braze relationship and martech stack implementation
- Establish success metrics and measurement plans for newly launched tests, then monitor and act on these metrics
Who You Are
- 8+ years in Lifecycle and Growth roles. Experience building customer journeys across SaaS products
- Prior content marketing or copywriting experience; creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and personalized content.
- Deep experience in designing, running, and analyzing rapid experiments across product surfaces and acquisition channels, with a bias toward measurable impact and iteration.
- Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret and derive meaning from data and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to balance and effectively prioritize numerous projects and initiatives.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, omnichannel strategies, A/B testing, marketing automation and martech solutions.
- Proven ability to seamlessly oscillate between 30,000 foot view strategy and the details of design, messaging and execution.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, including workflows, pain points, and tools relevant to content creators.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $150K-$200K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
