Spring Health is seeing an Engagement Marketing Lead to support full funnel growth and expansion as we expand our service offerings into exciting new domains to benefit our customers and members. This Marketer is an autonomous, self-driven contributor that is relentlessly focused on building and scaling unique Marketing strategies that supports both top of funnel member acquisition using both customer and Spring Health owned channels, and builds lifecycle and engagement strategies to support our members’ unique care journey. They are experiment-focused and data driven, operating as the marketing leader among a focused, high-impact team building new care models.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a growth driver by collaborating with cross functional partners including new ventures strategy, product/eng, care operations, and customer success to drive awareness, enrollment and utilization of our fast-expanding offerings.
- Deeply understand Covered Life populations (humans with access to Spring Health) that need our unique services - their aspirations, fears, limitations, functional ways of life - and develop acquisition and engagement strategies tailored to meet those populations where they’re at.
- Lead marketing and engagement discussions with key partners and customers to co-develop ROI-positive marketing plans.
- Build and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that maximize Spring Health owned/operated channels along with the customer’s owned/operated channels.
- Draft copy independently and/or with input from central content teams, but focused on testing and learning quickly.
- Drive a thoughtful, measurable marketing experimentation roadmap; be bold, creative and unafraid to test new strategies (creative, targeting, channels, etc.) that drive accelerated positive outcomes for our members and Spring Health.
- Analyze, measure and report on impact of marketing initiatives to core stakeholders and senior leaders on a routine basis. Share insights and make recommendations for explore/expand strategies. Sharing winning strategies and enable scale across the broader marketing and engagement teams.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and scale best-in-class marketing materials and campaign assets that build awareness and drive measurable engagement for company wide initiatives, new products/services, and key customer campaigns (asset examples: emails, landing pages, paid media ads, flyers, direct mail,and member testimonials).
- Tackle big projects - build processes, playbooks and mechanisms - that benefit the rest of the marketing and customer success teams, raising our collective Marketing bar.

What we expect from you:
- 8+ years of marketing experience; experience in healthcare and/or employer benefits is a plus
- Full-funnel marketing experience - from acquisition to utilization
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- A strong data and analytics background; experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Google Analytics, Salesforce) a plus
- A focus on progress, not perfection. Comes with grit, resiliency and a get-things-done mindset
- Ability to work autonomously; experience building end-to-end growth campaigns/assets in standard MarTech (e.g. Iterable/Braze, Wordpress, etc).
- Strategic and innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to develop and execute on full funnel, omni-channel campaigns
- Exceptional project management skills, particularly in driving campaign and content production
- A passion for mental health with a key focus on always putting our members first
- Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity or change
- Exploratory mindset with passion for testing and learning to better enable marketing performance growth
- An ability to apply strong business judgment in high-stakes situations

The target base salary range for this position is $127,400 - $165,700, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
