
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Member Experience

Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and Enablement, the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Member Experience will lead the strategic positioning and communication of Spring Health’s innovative member experience. This East Coast–based role (NYC preferred) is part of the product marketing team and plays a critical role in aligning product innovations with cross-functional go-to-market execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop compelling messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the value of our member experience to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional GTM strategy, working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and strengthen our positioning.
- Orchestrate go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring successful adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Enablement team to equip field-facing teams with tools, content, and training that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Contribute to thought leadership by partnering on content that elevates Spring Health's voice in the mental health tech space.

Qualifications
Required
- 5–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or employer services.
- Proven track record in crafting messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, compelling value stories.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and interpreting product metrics.
Preferred
- Experience supporting sales teams with enablement content and GTM collateral.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and messaging nuances.
The target base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $164,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
