Reporting to the Senior Manager of Regulatory and Business Operations, the Operations Compliance Associate independently manages execution of assigned audit deliverables and compliance workstreams within established processes, supporting audit readiness and ongoing complaint tracking through timeline management, documentation review, and risk based escalation. This helps ensure that audits and other complaint related activities stay on track. The ideal candidate is self directed, resourceful, and proactive in raising concerns or ideas. In this role, the Associate partners closely with cross functional teams to support transparent, accountable processes and contribute to a strong culture of regulatory readiness. This is a full time, remote position and part of the BPO and Compliance team.
What you’ll do:
- Support internal and external audits by helping coordinate documentation, timelines, and follow up items
- Own day to day execution of assigned audit and monitoring workstreams within established processes, including documentation, tracking, prioritization, and issue escalation
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to gather information and support compliance reviews
- Maintain organized, audit ready records for assigned activities, observations, and follow up actions, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to senior review
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly quality and oversight reports to ensure regulatory and internal deadlines are met, evaluate trends and risks, and determine when escalation is required
- Identify process gaps and share observations and recommendations with senior team members to support quality, regulatory, and operational improvements
- Other duties as assigned
What success looks like:
- Independently manages assigned audit deliverables, documentation coordination, and follow ups to help ensure audits stay on track
- Tracks audit findings, prioritizes follow up actions across competing deadlines, and escalates delays or risks as needed
- Maintains organized, audit ready records and ensures trackers are consistently updated
- Collaborates with internal teams to gather information and clarify requirements
- Shares insights and feedback to support training and process improvements led by senior team members
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of cross functional experience in a high growth startup and or healthcare systems
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- You have a working understanding of grievance and appeals regulations and how they are applied in practice
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across teams as a self starter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute innovative solutions to complex problems with input from multiple stakeholders

The target base salary range for this position is $41.03 - $47.18 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
