Title: Corporate Operations Coordinator
You, as the Corporate Operations Coordinator, will be the go-to person within the Operations team across the organization for Corporate Operations Customer Support and Conference Room/Events Management. Using your strong general knowledge of department policies and procedures you will route service requests to the appropriate provider. As the Corporate Operations Coordinator you become the primary service request support for portable AV equipment and conference rooms to the corporate employee population. With your well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the Corporate Operations department, affiliated departments, and the company, you will serve as a resource to internal customers/employees.
Corporate Operations Support
- Flexibility to be assigned and transition as needed to multiple buildings.
- Conduct weekly building inspections as assigned by Supervisor, noting issues relating to maintenance and janitorial utilizing the checklist. Open work orders for issues noted during inspection. Report inspection results to Supervisor if needed.
- Answer high volume of incoming calls and emails. Determine appropriate group to handle service request and open appropriate service tickets, with the ability to respond to re-routed customer requests.
- Assist internal Corp. Operations Representatives (COR), Engineers, Facilities PM’s, and Carpenter with various customer requests utilizing our facilities ticketing platform. Assign these requests within documented appropriate timelines which may include electrical, flooring, lighting, HVAC service calls, painting, plumping, café, furniture movement, etc.
- Build rapport and solid relationships with internal customers, other service support departments, and Operations vendors. Which would include meeting customers for review of requests, partnering with the café team on needs, ordering supplies for Janitorial team, filling out daily janitorial log items, maintaining vending units and coffee supplies, weekly floor care requests, recycle pick-up coordination, monitor fire & life safety for code compliance, etc.
- Hands-on support for COR duties when needed, i.e. set-ups, box moves, deliveries and AV support. Assist in providing this team additional information to complete their assigned tickets on time and to customer expectations. Conference Room/Events Management
- Serve as key point of contact for internal customers holding various events or meetings. You will be the coordination expert to assist in determining room preference and room configurations that will best serve the customer’s needs. Page 13 of 20 Master Services Agreement May 2021
- Potentially compile nightly setup listing for the campus conference rooms, detailing setup requirements. Communicate nightly setups to Corporate Operations Representative staff and define for janitorial if needed, partner with Global Events and AV Tech to ensure set-ups are completed fully for customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Broad knowledge of Corporate Operations policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant phone demeanor while handling multiple phone lines. Along with a calm demeanor during stressful situations.
- Ability to work in a flexible, positive, and team-oriented work environment, while being open to constant change and a mindset to initiate and/or embrace process improvement.
- Juggle multiple projects with multiple client groups simultaneously and the political savvy to prioritize accordingly. Remaining organized and working independently.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Substantial knowledge and experience using a PC and its associated software packages, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Treat confidential information appropriately.
- Lead and communicate to team members concerning workload and pending tasks.
- 2+ years of office coordination or hospitality experience preferred.
- Facilities or call center experience is a plus. · Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and carry objects up to 60 lbs.
Minimum educational level:
- High school diploma or GED.
- College degree preferred

$23 - $25 USD
