Demand Generation Senior Manager Position Summary 

The Demand Generation Senior Manager will be responsible for building, monitoring, executing and assessing campaigns from end-to-end, and measuring their performance. We are looking for an individual to build and expand revenue generating campaigns for growing an international business line. This individual will work with the o flawlessly execute the campaigns across various channels and report on their success.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Demand Generation, the person in this role will be responsible for overall campaign development, budget recommendations, and continuous campaign optimization. This individual will be a strong strategic thinker, highly detail-oriented, innovative and possess excellent communication skills. This role will be filled by an individual that is always thinking “what can we do better?” and thrives when working with data, testing methodologies, analyzing results and understanding key drivers of performance.

This role does not have direct reports and requires hands-on daily management of the marketing activities.

The salary range for this position is between $88,500k - $111,500k, depending on level of experience.

This position can be located in Colorado or can be fully remote.

Demand Generation Senior Manager Primary Responsibilities 

  • Design, plan, execute and optimize multi-touch campaigns across digital channels to generate leads and drive revenue. Includes but not limited to, ABM, PPC, email marketing and display.
  • Recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, partnerships, and technologies to drive attainment of the business segment goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on marketing automation, tracking and reporting across multiple business lines.
  • Own analysis, metrics and reporting of performance on key KPIs
  • Prepare metrics, monitor and report success of campaigns and marketing strategies for both marketing and executive leadership
  • Create campaign briefs with measurement and testing plans based on target audience and campaign objectives defined by marketing and business leadership.
  • Manage daily responsibilities to meet deadlines that align with company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day.
  • Stay on top and ahead of the changing demand generation landscape
  • Provide exemplary service to internal customers. Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales and sales support teams.

Demand Generation Senior Manager Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-6+ years marketing experience, 3+ years in a B2B role
  • Non-SaaS B2B experience a plus
  • Experience marketing to both US and European audiences preferred
  • Proven skill set and track record in driving business growth
  • Proven ability to quickly come up to speed on new business lines, and understand how to support growth with strategically grounded marketing programs
  • Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; Pardot and Salesforce Lightening strongly preferred
  • Deep experience with B2B campaign tactics such as digital marketing, marketing automation, ABM, and lead nurture programs.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple, concurrent projects, make shifts in priorities, and hit deadlines
  • Superior quantitative analysis and reporting experience to help drive decisions, including mastery of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Demandbase or other ABM technology a plus
  • Strong communication skills, including mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • BA or BS degree from a four-year college/university required
