Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and forward-thinking Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hybrid work environment, who thrives in ambiguity, is passionate about both the strategic and human aspects of HR, and brings a creative, systems-oriented approach to complex people challenges. As a Senior HRBP, you will act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leaders, helping them design and execute people strategies that fuel team performance and drive organizational success. 

This is a hybrid position with in-person and remote schedule flexibility. This team member is expected to work out of the downtown Denver office at least two days a week.

The salary range for this position is between $105k - $120k, depending on level of experience. 

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Strategic Partnership & Advisory 

    • Partner with senior leaders and managers to align people strategies with business goals. 
    • Facilitate leadership workshops to guide development of people strategies, team effectiveness, and talent development plans. 
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on organizational design, team dynamics, and talent planning. 
  • Employee Relations & Culture

    • Lead complex employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and business acumen. 
    • Foster a high-performance culture by promoting accountability, engagement, and inclusion. 
    • Proactively identify and resolve workplace challenges before they escalate. 
  • Organizational Development & Projects

    • Drive and contribute to high-impact HR projects such as performance management, change initiatives, and culture-building efforts. 
    • Use data and insights to inform decisions, assess organizational health, and recommend solutions. 
  • Operations 

    • Leverage systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enable scalable people solutions. 
    • Use people data to identify trends and shape proactive strategies. 
    • Translate insights into action through compelling storytelling and business cases. 
    • When needed, assist with duties related to maintaining the office and fostering an engaging in-person environment when working out of the Denver office 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in progressively responsible HR roles, with a strong focus on business partnering, employee relations, and organizational development. 
  • Expertise: Strong facilitation, coaching, and project leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change with senior leaders. 
  • Mindset: Resilient, resourceful, and energized by ambiguity and challenge. Passionate about strategy, culture, and impact. 

  • Tools: Proficient in HR systems, data analysis tools, and digital collaboration platforms. Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Skills: 
    • Analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities 
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments 
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices

Physical Requirements/Special Demands 

  • Must be available to work standard business hours, and occasional nights/weekends.   
  • Must be able to work on-site in Denver office two or more days per week 
  • Must be able to spend time standing or walking around office and between floors. 
  • Must be able to routinely lift 30lbs
