Inventory Analyst (Sydney)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Sales team with complex RFPs by providing inventory, measurement, and data-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Technical Solutions, and Inventory stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical and performance-related campaign issues for high-value clients, including identifying root causes and recommending actionable solutions
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Identify areas of improvement and generate efficiencies through process automation using tools such as Claude, Excel, SQL
- Partner with Inventory Development and Technical Program teams to support commercialization efforts
- Organize, maintain, and improve team documentation, reporting resources, process guides, and internal knowledge repositories
- Communicate with SSPs, publishers, and other partners as needed to support troubleshooting, RFPs, and operational follow-through
- Help maintain dashboards, scripts, tools, and workflows that support the Inventory team’s day-to-day operations and long-term scalability
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 2+ years in a data analyst, business analyst, ad operations, inventory operations, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience in data or business analysis, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive clear, actionable insights
- Successful track record of managing projects involving data from end to end
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Comfort working across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Technical Solutions, and Inventory stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring processes, documentation, and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to explain detailed technical analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, ThoughtSpot, Elasticsearch, KQL, or Python is an asset
- Exposure to digital advertising, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or the broader ad tech ecosystem is a plus
