As a Deltek Sales Consultant within our Deltek Practice, you will join our Deltek Sales team specializing in new sales of Deltek Vantagepoint and Add-on Sales to existing Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint customers.

This role someone who possess a strategic mindset, a proven track record in consultative sales, and a deep understanding of project-based ERP solutions.

This is a remote position that can work from anywhere within the United States.

What you’ll do at SN:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Deltek Vantagepoint and add-on sales to our existing client base.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments to understand potential clients’ business challenges and goals related to ERP and add-on modules solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Customized Proposals: Collaborate with business development, consulting and technical teams to create tailored proposals that meet the unique needs of clients and prospects.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Lead negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing weekly updates to the management team.
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM to track and manage opportunities, and client interactions effectively.

What it takes to be a Sales Consultant:

  • Proven experience in ERP sales, with a focus on selling to the AEC and professional services industries.
  • Prior experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Vision or other Project-based ERP solutions preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in financial and project management for AEC and professional services industries.
  • A history of working with C-level\Principals
  • Experience with Solution Selling or MEDIC
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and foster client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $90,000 - $100,000. With an additional On Target Earnings (OTE) of up to $150,000. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual’s skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography.
