The Role 

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, data-driven and resourceful Partner Success Manager to support and scale our global ecosystem of strategic partners. You will sit at the intersection of operational excellence, revenue strategy, and relationship management, ensuring our partnerships are healthy, measurable, and delivering sustained mutual value.

In this role, you will partner closely with GTM and Corporate Development leadership to strengthen, scale, and operationalize StarRez’s strategic partner ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-impact relationships with a focused portfolio of strategic partners while building the systems and CRM discipline required to manage these relationships at scale. 

Success in this role requires the ability to combine executive-level relationship management with attention to detail and operational excellence. You will lead thoughtful, proactive engagement with partners, maintain strong operational organization, and identify opportunities to deepen collaboration and shared customer value. 

 

Role Specifics

  • Work Location: Remote (US)
  • Travel: 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimate and could vary based on business needs.)
  • Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a 20% performance-based bonus. 
  • Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Director, Partnerships.

What You Will Own 

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value Strategic Partners, building strong, multi-threaded relationships 
  • Lead structured QBRs and ongoing partner check-ins to maintain alignment and performance 
  • Establish and track Partner Health metrics tied to revenue, engagement, and shared outcomes 
  • Own and maintain accurate partner data, including contracts, revenue tracking, and opportunity attribution 
  • Standardize reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards across the partner portfolio 
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready performance updates to internal stakeholders and partner leadership 
  • Develop and implement partner value creation plans to drive measurable mutual growth 
  • Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and co-sell opportunities within shared accounts 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to embed partners into GTM strategy 
  • Build and manage a structured inbound partner qualification process to guide thoughtful ecosystem expansion 
     

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of channel partnerships, or relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships at scale 
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems
  • Proven track record of maintaining highly organized, accurate records with operational excellence 
  • Experience building KPI dashboards and executive-level performance reporting 
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling relationship narratives and strategic recommendations

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Higher Education 
  • Experience using Salesforce

Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a 20% performance-based bonus. When meeting 100% of goals, total compensation ranges between $108,000 and $114,000.

US - Salary Range

$90,000 - $95,000 USD
