About College Pads 

College Pads is transforming the way students navigate the transition from on-campus to off-campus life. Our platform enables universities to support their students by streamlining the process of finding and securing off-campus housing. By working closely with higher education institutions, we offer a trusted tool for students to connect with property managers and rental listings, helping to foster a foundation for wellbeing and success. As of January 2025, College Pads is part of StarRez.  

 

The Role  

StarRez is seeking a highly driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our College Pads sales team. In this role, you will lead complex, high-value sales engagements with enterprise-level property management groups, ownership groups, and real estate organizations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic territory plans, building executive-level relationships, and driving significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion opportunities. 

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, deliver consultative solutions tailored to client needs, and position College Pads as a strategic partner within the student housing ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Customer Service teams to support long-term client retention, expansion, and market growth. 

 

Role Specifics 

  • Work Location: Remote (US) 
  • Travel: 25% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and could vary based on business needs.) 
  • Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan. When meeting 100% of goals, the expected total annual compensation for this role is $230,000. 
  • Reporting Structure: This role reports to the VP, Sales.

What You Will Own 

  • Identifying, prospecting, and securing new enterprise partnerships with large-scale property management companies, ownership groups, and real estate organizations within your assigned territory  
  • Managing complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, including multi-stakeholder engagement and executive-level presentations  
  • Developing strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth, client retention, and expansion opportunities across enterprise accounts  
  • Delivering consultative sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of the College Pads platform and align solutions to client business objectives  
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across enterprise accounts  
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Customer Service teams to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition, adoption, and retention  
  • Providing market intelligence and feedback on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs to help shape product strategy and go-to-market initiatives  
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline generation, strategic deal management, and successful execution  

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development  
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer deal timelines  
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence senior decision-makers  
  • Proven negotiation skills with experience navigating complex contracts, pricing structures, and partnership agreements  
  • A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota in a high-performance sales environment  
  • Strong organizational, territory management, and forecasting skills with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment  
  • Proficiency in CRM software with strong CRM hygiene practices, including accurate pipeline management, forecasting discipline, activity tracking, and account documentation 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field  
  • Previous experience selling into the real estate, property management, student housing, or multifamily housing industries  
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company  
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of college housing is a significant advantage  
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and navigating enterprise procurement processes
