With heart failure being a major driver of preventable hospitalizations—over 40% of patients are readmitted within 90 days—Linea partners with ACOs, health systems, and payers to improve care coordination, reduce costs, and enhance patient engagement.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Sales to build and scale our MSSP ACO and risk-bearing entity (RBE) sales strategy. This role will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel engagement, closing partnerships, and expanding Linea’s footprint across value-based care organizations. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling into ACOs, Medicare Advantage plans, and risk-bearing provider groups, understands HEDIS quality measures and VBC models, and is comfortable navigating payer-provider dynamics.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape Linea’s go-to-market strategy and refine our sales approach.
What You Will Do:
- Own and execute the sales strategy for MSSP ACOs, Medicare Advantage plans, and value-based providers, developing a robust pipeline of high-value accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with ACO leadership (CMOs, CFOs, and operational leads), contracting teams, and provider groups to drive new business opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales engagements, demonstrating how Linea improves HEDIS performance, quality measures, and total cost of care reduction.
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements, including risk-sharing arrangements, performance-based incentives, and service-level agreements.
- Track and manage the sales funnel using HubSpot or other CRM tools, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline performance and forecasting.
- Represent Linea at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning the company as a trusted partner for ACOs and VBC organizations.
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams to align solutions with customer pain points and market demand.
What You Will Need:
- 7+ years of healthcare sales experience, with a strong background in selling into ACOs, Medicare Advantage plans, and value-based care organizations.
- Proven ability to close six- and seven-figure contracts in the healthcare payer/provider space.
- Deep knowledge of MSSP, Medicare Advantage, and commercial ACOs, including contracting structures, quality incentives, and HEDIS measures.
- Strong network of decision-makers within ACOs and value-based care organizations, particularly CMOs, CFOs, COOs, and population health leaders.
- Experience working with clinical operations and care management teams to align solutions with workflow and quality improvement goals.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and strong pipeline management skills.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ($160-200K) and OTE ($320-400K) plus commission and equity.
