The Role:
Due to continued growth across our partner group, we are seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with c.2 years post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes with a focus on business litigation, shareholder disputes, and executive compensation matters. The successful candidate will work alongside high-profile partners whilst taking on meaningful responsibility in complex litigation matters.
We are flexible on location in the US as we offer remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting active discovery processes
- Drafting responses to document requests
- Preparing depositions and drafting motions
- Research projects
- Assisting with document review processes
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 2+ years of solid litigation experience post law school
- Experience at a structured litigation team (smaller or mid-tier firm background acceptable)
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to work independently whilst being comfortable with hands-on work
- Strong interest in business disputes and commercial litigation
