How we work:
The preferred location for our open roles is Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MO. We value our people spending time together and have campuses hosting in-person events located in both cities. We are truly a hybrid environment with all team members experiencing the flexibility to work from home.

At Strata, we prioritize meaningful connections with future team members. Our interview process is designed to be collaborative, transparent, and reflective of our culture—both virtually and in person. Here's what you can expect throughout our interview process: 

• The initial recruiter screenings are conducted via Zoom. We kindly ask that you keep your camera on for the duration of each interview and disable any AI tools. If you require an accommodation, such as AI-assisted note taking or transcription, please let us know so we can best support your needs. 

• Our interview process includes a visit to our office (or what we call our Campus). The timing and format may vary by team, but this usually occurs toward the later stages.  If you have questions about this step, your recruiter will be happy to walk you through it.  

• Should you accept a position at Strata, please note that your first two days will include in-person orientation at our Chicago Campus. Whether you’re local or traveling in, be sure to bring your approved I-9 documentation.  We verify employment eligibility on-site on Day One.
