So before they figured out exactly how Strata would work or how it would get funded, they laid out the core values: openness, honesty, integrity, transparency, accountability and empowerment.

A mirror of the world we live in, Strata’s team of Maverics are distributed across North America. Our founders started the company while on a surfing trip together all while living in different parts of the US. Our core values are at the heart of everything we do, and geography doesn’t change that.
