Workday Student AR Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Provide Workday implementation services related to Student AR including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
- Analyze and optimize current business processes related to student billing and accounts receivable.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student AR module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working directly with the Workday Student AR module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student AR consultant.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing student billing processes, tuition calculation, and accounts receivable within Workday.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student AR module.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing reports for Student AR areas utilizing Workday.
- Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team.
- Knowledge of relational databases and financial systems integration.

Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation package consists of salary, annual bonus, and retirement benefits. The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000 depending on individual skills and experience.

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
