Workday Student Financial Aid Consultant
Position Overview
As a Workday Financial Aid Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming financial aid processes for our clients. Leveraging your expertise with the Workday Financial Aid Management System, you'll provide crucial implementation support, training, and technical assistance, directly impacting our clients' success. You’ll have the opportunity to analyze and enhance their business processes, recommend cutting-edge technological solutions, assist with the Financial Aid year roll, and ensure compliance with Department of Education requirements. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Workday implementation services related to Financial Aid including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
- Analyze and enhance current financial aid business processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency improvements through Workday.
- Troubleshoot issues with financial aid touchpoints across Student and Student AR.
- Provide testing and training support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working directly with the Workday Financial Aid module at a college or university, or as a Workday Financial Aid consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of financial aid processes, compliance requirements, and Workday Financial Aid module configurations.
- Experience with Student Admissions, Student Records or Student Financials.
- Solid understanding of FAFSA and the ability to implement changes within Workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Financial Aid module.
- Exceptional communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing financial aid reports and data management within Workday.
- Ability to translate financial aid requirements into system configurations and technical specifications.

Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation package consists of salary, annual bonus, and retirement benefits. The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000 depending on individual skills and experience.

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
