As our Warehouse/Delivery Driver, you will work in various warehouse roles and operate a Straight Truck to deliver to customers and Associate Refrigeration locations.

These responsibilities include: 

• Pulling, filling, packing, and setting up customer orders for delivery or pickup 
• Prepare truck for operation by packing and loading trucks, securing of items, and verifying the accuracy of shipping documents 
• Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure complete orders are delivered according to established time frames and customers’ needs. 
• Document delivery, accuracy, and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directives and report any discrepancies to the company. 
• Maintain and monitor truck maintenance and driving record requirements, along with maintaining required documents for safety, security, and quality processes.  
• Works on various warehouse duties as instructed by the manager.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Be an effective team player with good communication skills that is proactive, positive, conscientious, organized, and efficient.
• Communicates well verbally and in writing, in English, and in a professional manner.
• Capable of representing Associate Refrigeration in a respectable and professional manner.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when working with customers and colleagues.

We are seeking an adaptable and friendly Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join our team. To be successful you will have the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification; preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Able to pass a drug test; required.
• Pass a physical for driver’s medical card; required.
• DOT card or ability to acquire one; preferred.
• Safely operate a 26' Box Truck; required.
• Active driver’s license and clean driving record; required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; required.
• Forklift operation experience; preferred.
• No CDL Requirements.
