What You'll Do
As a Tax Staff II, you'll play a meaningful role in delivering tax services to clients while taking on increasing responsibility across compliance, planning, and advisory engagements. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll continue expanding your technical knowledge while contributing directly to client success.
- Prepare and review business and high-net-worth individual tax returns, tax filings, workpapers, and related deliverables in accordance with firm and professional standards.
- Analyze client information and apply your understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations to identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with tax research, projections, planning strategies, and other advisory initiatives that help clients achieve their business and financial goals.
- Collaborate with Seniors, Managers, and Partners to deliver exceptional client service and practical tax solutions.
- Continue developing technical expertise, professional judgment, and industry knowledge while supporting and collaborating with other members of the tax team.
Your Experience and Strengths

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Two or more years of tax experience in public accounting.
- Progress toward CPA or EA certification, or a strong desire to pursue a professional credential.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a commitment to teamwork and client service.
