IT Applications Administrator
Stratolaunch is a technology accelerator that engineers operationally realistic testing at Mach 5+. Our air-launched, Talon testbeds are reusable, cost-effective platforms that enable routine access to the hypersonic environment. We are seeking a dedicated Application Administrator to manage, configure, and support our suite of business-critical applications. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, user management, and configuration of tools for our flight operations, business, test, and development teams. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for application setup, user access, and ongoing support, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Application setup, configuration, administration, user management, support, and troubleshooting
- Provide training and produce documentation for users, developers, and program managers
- Act as liaison between developers, users, and compliance & security
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of experience in an application administration or IT support role
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as ERP, MES, QMS, MRO, PDM/PLM
- Strong understanding of user and permission management
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience administering multiple SaaS and on-premises business applications
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or finance software environments
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, manufacturing)
- Any of the following software: Costpoint, Manufacturo, QT9, Teamcenter, Veryon, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Jama, Confluence, Shop Floor Time
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BS or applicable experience in lieu of degree

- $83,000-$110,000
- Eligible for up to 10% annual bonus
- This position is located in Mojave, CA
- Occasional travel may be required
Base salary and leveling are established on a case-by-case basis. We consider several factors to ensure a competitive offer, including your location, educational background, and a comprehensive assessment of the skills and experience demonstrated during your interviews.
