Joint Intelligence Planner - Mid

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as a Mid-Level Joint Intelligence Planner supporting the USINDOPACOM J2 in Honolulu, HI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employ intelligence expertise to integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic, and targeting activities, into operational planning functions across the DoD
  • Support mission areas including campaign plan development, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning in accordance with JOPES
  • Assist with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process
  • Integrate all available Defense Intelligence capabilities to meet CCDR intelligence requirements
  • Ensure prioritized intelligence support is aligned with CCDR objectives for each phase of the operation
  • Participate in IP Boards, Centers, Cells, Working Groups (B2C2WGs) and other planning venues to inform global integration of Defense Intelligence through Joint Staff J2

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance (must be willing to take CI polygraph if required)
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Planner experience at the CCMD, Service Headquarters, or higher level
  • Experience developing Annex B, OPORDs, PLANORDs, supporting RED TEAMs, and Partner Nation engagement
  • Familiarity with JOPES/APEX and CCMD planning processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high OPTEMPO environment
