What You’ll Do 

As a Senior Genesys Administrator, you are primarily responsible for managing and supporting the organization's Genesys and multiple communication technologies and ensuring their reliability, security, and efficiency, utilizing tools including automation. A strong desire to overcome obstacles and tackle unfamiliar projects is required. You will mentor other Genesys Administrators and assist them to meet the needs of our end-users.  You will train and support the Service Desk team allowing them to provide optimal support to their fellow Strivers.  You will also be the final tier of support for the system. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their expertise in Genesys Administration while contributing to the strategic management and optimization of enterprise telephony infrastructure. 

The Day to Day 

  • Works with other departments to develop solutions to Strive’s business requirements. 
  • Leads the design, configuration, and administration of Genesys contact center solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. 
  • Develops and implements strategies for system monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades to meet business requirements and industry best practices. 
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues related to Genesys components, including Genesys Framework, SMS Messaging, Quality Control, Artificial Intelligence, Power Dialer and Workforce Management. 
  • Interacts and works with Salesforce team on integrations between Genesys and SalesForce/HealthCloud 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate Genesys solutions with existing business applications and systems. 
  • Implement and maintain integrations with telephony platforms, CRM systems, workforce management tools, and other third-party applications. 
  • Identifies opportunities for automation and implement scripts or workflows to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Ensure that the Genesys solutions comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols. 
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access to Genesys environments. 
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure operational continuity. 
  • Provides training and mentorship to other team members on Genesys administration, best practices, tools, and methodologies. 
  • Execute daily functions without need for external vendor support. 
  • Support a team of Genesys Administrators providing leadership and support 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of architecting, and implementing an Enterprise Genesys environment of 500+ users 
  • 6+ years of experience in Genesys Administration, including configuration, troubleshoot and performance optimization 
  • 6+ years of operating with contact center operations, telephony technologies and industry best standards in relation to the healthcare industry 
  • 6+ years of experience with integration Genesys solutions with third-party applications and systems using APIs and web services. 
  • 3+ years of experience with integration Genesys solutions with Salesforce Health Cloud 
  • 2+ years of scripting and/or automation development. 
  • 2+ years of Terraform configuration management and disaster recovery for Genesys 
  • 2+ years CI/CD(GitLab) deployment methodologies.  
  • 2+ years of experience operating in a Scrum or Agile environment.  
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 20Mbps Down & /5.0Mbps Up, Latency <50 ms.

  • Genesys Cloud CX: Developer Certification (GCX-GCD) 
  • Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification (GCX-GCP) 
  • Effectively communicate technical knowledge and outcomes with Strive business leaders 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Annual Base Salary Range: $99,000 - $124,000
