Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with homeowners, understanding their exterior remodeling needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and closing sales. This role requires a professional, motivated, and customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships, deliver clear and confident sales presentations, and provide an excellent customer experience from consultation through project handoff.
The Sales Representative is expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while representing the company and brand with professionalism, integrity, and a solution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their needs, goals, and project expectations.
- Recommend appropriate exterior remodeling products and services based on the homeowner’s needs.
- Present company products and services through clear, confident, and compelling sales presentations.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project handoff.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify referral opportunities.
- Attend team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions as required.
- Represent the company and brand in a professional, trustworthy, and ethical manner.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in home improvement, construction, exterior remodeling, or a related industry preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based ion homeowner availability.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to achieve results.
