Struck is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support and serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Creative Officer. You Will...
- Coordinate and manage schedule, including meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international travel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and assist with meeting logistics such as room setup, catering, and technology setup.
- Coordinate and organize documents, presentations, and reports ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
- Utilize design skills to help create visually appealing presentation decks and other materials.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking various creative projects, deadlines, and deliverables, liaising with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
You Have...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Experience using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing presentation decks and materials.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve.
