How You’ll Make an Impact:

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll design and deliver memorable volunteer experiences that embody the WeHero brand and exceed client expectations. Our events range from intimate gatherings of 10 participants to large-scale virtual and in-person events of over 500. You’ll be at the heart of planning, logistics, and communications to ensure seamless and impactful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Event Logistics: Manage all aspects of event logistics from planning through execution, tailoring each detail to meet event objectives and client needs.
  • Smooth Execution & Problem Solving: Ensure events run seamlessly and respond to unexpected issues with quick, solution-focused approaches. 
  • Effective Communication: Serve as the communication bridge between clients, vendors, and nonprofit partners to deliver clear, timely, and professional interactions. 
  • Budget Management: Oversee event budgets and track expenses efficiently to keep within even margins. 
  • Brand-Centric Event Collateral: Create high-quality event collateral (promotional materials, event pages, and volunteer experience guides) focusing on WeHero’s brand identity. 

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, ability to ensure all event components are organized and streamlined.
  • Quality Control: Attention to detail across all event aspects, from logistics to communication, ensuring high Brand standards.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to adjust to changes and adapt plans as needed while staying solution-focused.
  • Passionate about Relevant Research: proactive curiosity, seeking out knowledge on current global topics and nonprofits from reliable, data-driven sources to enrich client event experiences.

Salary Details: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The annual salary for this position is $60,000.00

Position Location: This role will be based in Missoula, MT. Employees are expected to be willing to work from one of our office locations twice a week or as needed by your team.
