Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
We are looking for a passionate Software Engineering Manager to help us deliver scalable and innovative solutions. You will manage and collaborate with a dynamic team of full stack engineers, contributing to a wide range of projects that directly impact our business and customers. This role is ideal for those who thrive on challenges, value continuous learning, and enjoys developing talent in a team-oriented environment.
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple layers of the technology stack, from developing customer-centric user experiences to building robust and scalable backend processes and leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies. You will learn to design services and experiences that meet the needs of our specialized user bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multidisciplinary team comprising software engineers, data scientists, and operations, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere that ensures seamless task transitions and effective allocation of responsibilities.
- Develop advanced algorithms and reasoning-proficient Large Language Models to deliver the integration of technology with legal expertise.
- Oversee engineering and operations teams across multiple locations (Canada, China, & India), combining analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive performance, efficiency, and growth.
- Design and implement a scalable workflow capable of producing legal documents and medical summaries with an accuracy rate exceeding 99%, derived from diverse sources including multi-layered medical records, handwritten notes, photographs, and billing information.
- Develop API connectors for various case management software and cloud services, including Filevine, Lead Docket, Salesforce, Clio, Dropbox Sign, and GrowPath.
- Develop a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) protocol aimed at identifying inaccuracies in medical event reporting, complemented by a machine learning algorithm that trains through the analysis of errors and subsequent human corrections.
- Use of tools and skills: React.js, Python, Node.js, Typescript, Postgres DB, GraphQL, Airtable, LLM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Economics and related fields and two (2) years of experience in software engineering and management.
- Management of engineering team(s).
- Architecture and UI searching technology.
- Development the tools of the ad. platform, including vendor spoofing, bulk registrations, NPS survey, nudging, and marketing announcement and news services.
- Experience in React, Node.js and MongoDB to connect hardware performance data and produce analysis of environmental impact.
- UI visualizations and user experience.
- Engineering maintenance to support technical issues, web, database scalability and availability.
- Analysis of manufacturing cost, calculation of manufacturing related risk, revenue-cost plan and revenue forecast.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $151,778 – $155,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
