Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?

Supio is seeking a Revenue Operations Leader to build our GTM machine. In this role, you will partner closely with our CRO, CMO, and SVP of Customer Success. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on. Initially, you will play a key role in designing our lead-to-revenue process and developing our "Seller Experience." (Sellers are a key customer for RevOps, and ensuring their success and productivity is critical.) We are obsessed with removing friction from the seller experience, and you will be the champion in this area.

This means not only thinking through the seller process but also bringing it to life through technology and systems. This role encompasses much more than just building and managing our GTM technology:

  • AI: As an AI company, we need to design our GTM process to be AI-assisted or AI-powered at every step.
  • Strategy: Partner with GTM leadership to develop our GTM strategy, from territory design to resource allocation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: The GTM leadership team is data-driven, and we need a partner to drive our analytics strategy. This will enable us to not only analyze past results but also predict future outcomes. The analysis and data you provide will go directly to the board.
  • Technology: We currently use HubSpot and Gong. For now, you’ll need to be comfortable with these tools. Beyond that, it’s up to you to help shape our technology roadmap.
  • And More: You will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing channels run smoothly and efficiently.

This position will start as a solo role supported by contractors. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and build, but rest assured, the reason why we’re hiring a RevOps leader first is that we have big ambitions and plenty of work ahead of us.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years in RevOps, sales and/or marketing operations, or a related role with a focus on the intersection of Sales-led Growth (SLG), though experience in PLG is also valuable.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools (primarily HubSpot today). You should have a deep working knowledge of these tools and be capable of training end-users to reinforce new processes.
  • Tech Strategy: You know how to choose the right tools to drive revenue efficiency and effectiveness. We want someone who has strong opinions about GTM tech and is curious about emerging technologies. You have proven experience working backward from business needs to install the right technology. You know how to build and roll out a tech roadmap and quickly manage and clean up tech debt.
  • Enablement: You will lead enablement efforts, helping all customer-facing roles ramp up, stay on message, and understand the importance of following our processes.
  • Analytics and Database Management: You have experience managing large datasets, creating solutions for each stage of the business, and interpreting data to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Cross-functional Project Management: Initially, this will be an individual contributor role supported by contractors. As the team grows, you will need to manage priorities and projects across stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented Mindset: You have a results-driven approach, striving for professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter: You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize. You can manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring outcomes are delivered as expected.
  • Problem-solving Skills: You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think systematically and plan effectively. You excel at meeting deadlines.
  • Diversity and Team Collaboration: You have demonstrated the ability to work with and communicate effectively with diverse teams and staff.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience at a SaaS company in the enterprise sales space is highly desirable.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
