About the Job:
The role of Product Owner, Delivery will lead and manage all aspects of technical programs as they relate to scope management, schedule, resources and budget while actively mitigating risks and managing issues to ensure all aspects of the program are delivered successfully. In addition, this individual will be a key contributor to collaborate and establish strategic technology direction, defining solutions, and evangelizing new initiatives including consumer and team member capabilities across all impacted cross functional teams.
With this role, the opportunities are endless as a key team member on the Digital Technology team, you will be part of the exciting transition Taco Bell is making in the digitization of the business. You will be leading the way as Taco Bell continues to transform and innovate the Quick Service Restaurant industry. You will be managing highly strategic initiatives that enable exciting and engaging technology and digital experiences for our consumers and team members.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead and maintain the Delivery technology, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Define and track key operational metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnership with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, finance and platform tech teams) and external vendors to ensure program delivery success in relation to Franchise management. Act as the main point of contact to address franchisee concerns and questions associated with Delivery.
- Lead, guide, and facilitate integration activities with cross-functional departments across various platforms to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Oversee and manage the daily progress of program and release initiatives, ensuring adherence to schedules, effective scope issue management, and maintenance of quality standards.
- Oversee and maintain all data metrics affecting the Delivery program, ensuring the accuracy and timely receipt of data files from aggregators. Additionally, provide clear explanations of reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting their impact on the Delivery business.
Is This You?
- BA/BS degree required
- A technical or accounting background is a plus
- At least 6+ years of technology project/product management required, QSR Delivery Program experience a plus
- Proven success in defining, managing, and developing resources and teams within large, matrixed project environments.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful project execution in complex organizational structures.
- Proven expertise in technology delivery, change and program management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- This role may require occasional availability outside of regular business hours to support P1 or P2 escalations as needed.

Salary Range: $106,700 to $145,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
