About the Job:
The Real Estate Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality sites that align with the company’s growth strategy. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure each location supports long-term brand success and delivers a strong return on investment.
The ideal candidate will be located in key metropolitan areas across the Southeast U.S., such as Dallas, TX - Charlotte, NC - Atlanta, GA - Nashville, TN (excluding FL).
The Day-to-Day:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of quality sites and deals to support timely, well-sequenced restaurant openings.
- Apply strategic and financial criteria in site evaluation, conducting thorough market research and regular field visits.
- Partner with Operations, Development, Construction Managers, and consultants to align site selection, approvals, and project timelines.
- Negotiate and prepare competitive deals and submittal packages, ensuring approval targets are met.
- Provide leadership throughout the approval, construction, and opening processes, resolving issues with landlords, developers, and partners.
- Monitor new restaurant performance and market trends, capturing learnings to strengthen future site selection and planning.
- Travel time is up to 50%.
Is This You?
- At least 5 years experience Quick Service Restaurant or chain retail development experience in a multi-site, field-based organization (e.g. retail, hospitality or restaurant).
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master of Business degree a plus but not required
- Broker's license is preferred
- Must have broad strategic and analytical skills
- Must possess very strong interpersonal, communication, influence and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to handle challenges in a fast pace field-based environment with complex and multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to deal with Real Estate community (brokers, attorneys, city officials and general contractors) a must!

Salary Range: $122,100 to $150,780 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
