Job Overview:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of digital mediums paired with a general knowledge of print, coupled with a love for hunting and the outdoors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within a collaborative environment that values creativity and a keen eye for the details.
Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print mediums. including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, product manuals, brochures, and flyers.
- Execution: Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Digital Optimization: Optimize digital designs for various platforms and devices, considering factors such as resolution, file size, and responsiveness.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
- Asset Management: Maintain organized files and documentation, including version control and asset libraries, to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with project objectives and target audience.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and digital media.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Portfolio showcasing previous digital and print design work.
