About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our new market growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting for various roles within the healthcare industry and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and securing candidates who meet our expanding needs. This is a contract position, perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a Nashville-based candidate for the position at TailorCare. This role will primarily be remote, with the expectation of coming into our Germantown office at a minimum of 1 day per week. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles. 
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and evaluate their fit for TailorCare.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, candidates will be passed to HR Generalist for pre-boarding. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse. 
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback - this is top priority! 
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of experience
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a track record of successfully filling various roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively as a W9 contractor 
  • Familiarity with ATS, specifically Greenhouse, is preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships and achieve results through collaboration with others. 
  • Experience in startups, healthcare, and/or PEO is a plus
