Marketing Coordinator

This position reports to the Head of Category Marketing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to Category Marketing Managers and Partnership Marketing Managers as needed.
- Ad hoc support for all Category Marketing Managers and Partnership Marketing Managers in coordination of campaigns, daily duties and administrative tasks
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Execution of category marketing campaigns i.e. coordinate with buyers and suppliers for briefs, send relevant specs, follow-ups, artwork approvals, and scheduling of priority assets.
- Prepare campaign proof of execution reports.
- Daily monitoring & trafficking of all inbound Marketing enquiries from Zendesk & Marketing inbox, escalating to relevant team members and responding directly where possible.
- Creating and management of coupons and coupon campaigns using the coupon tool and campaign & monthly performance reports.
- Update marketing calendar with Marketing activities and campaigns.
- Monthly marketing invoicing and income reporting & reconciliation.
- Responsible for managing, creating and distributing of vouchers for the marketing team
- Administration of all Marketing-led competitions and prize-draws (including winner selection, prize fulfilment and CPA compliance documentation).
- Coordinate competition agreements and upload T&Cs onsite.
- Assist Brand and Traffic Management teams as and when required.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaigns.
- Assist with planning and executing partnership, events and sponsorship campaigns.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarizing all applicable data.
- Send weekly Marketing Activity Updates to relevant teams.
- Execution of partnership marketing campaigns i.e. coordinate with partners for briefs, send relevant specs, follow-ups, artwork approvals, and scheduling of priority assets.
