Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor of Commerce degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
The skills we need:
- Computer Literacy
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong ability to manipulate data, use formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.

Key responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyse data to support business decisions
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets
- Assist in developing predictive models and data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Support continuous improvement of data processes and tools
This is a 12-month contract position.
