Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
The skills we need:
- Computer Literacy
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Understanding of accounting principles, standards (IFRS/GAAP), and bookkeeping.
- Basic understanding of taxation, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong accuracy in handling financial data and reports.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily revenue reconciliations and receipt investigations
- Maintain accurate bank reconciliations
- Perform month-end inventory analysis and reconciliations
- Assist with Marketplace-related queries and issues
- Manage the end-to-end customer refund process, including reviewing refund requests, verifying eligibility, and ensuring compliance with established refund policies and procedures.
- Support internal departments with customer credits, invoices, and related financial documentation as required.
- Handle queries from banks and payment partners related to customer payments, refunds, and transaction discrepancies.
- Provide support and guidance to customer service representatives and other team members on transaction authorization and refund-related processes, including training on policies and best practices.
This is a 12-month contract position.
