Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
A Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/General commercial/Retail
The skills we need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour, and sales data to support decision-making.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, trackers, and campaign documentation.
- Support coordination with internal teams such as Brand, Commercial, Design, and Operations.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring within the retail and e-commerce environment.
- Support general commercial and retail activities, including promotional reviews, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing and commercial projects
