Qualifications & Experience:
A Diploma in Advertising/Marketing
The skills we need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics
- Analytical thinking to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing group advertising campaigns for suppliers/sellers
- Support the development of promotional materials for all retail media campaigns
- Gather design assets and schedule campaigns in marketing calendar
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on key insights
- Maintain advertising campaign calendars and project timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies
This is a contract position
