 The Challenge

We seek a self-motivated individual with demonstrated experience and awareness of Internal & Employee Events, Food & Beverage operations. They must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills that will be used cross functionally to provide a high level of support in employee facing experiences by way of culinary service and event design. They must have a keen sense of “back of house” operations and a passion for hospitality, with a very high level of attention to detail.  They will be responsible for elevating established employee engagement, food, set up, decor, and event/pantry operations supporting our Bangalore offices. 

This individual will also drive in-house employee event activities, while creating new and exciting opportunities to engage and drive office culture.  The ideal candidate is consistently reliable, proactive, a detail-oriented problem-solver, and overall positive team player. 
Reporting directly into the Global Director, you will assist in supporting all aspects of Events, Food & Beverage in our India offices. The Workplace Team at T2 lies at the heart of our busy Studio environments so you will also work closely with local leadership teams to help improve studio culture while maintaining set budgets.

 

What You’ll Take On :

Food & Beverage Operations

  • Coordinate end-to-end food and beverage programs including menu & pantry stocking, budgeting, sourcing, staffing, reconciliation and usage reporting.
  • Arrange staff scheduled internal group meal events, handle set up, breakdown and clean up .
  • Work closely with the Workplace team on physical catering set-up requests and have ongoing update meetings.
  • Maintain organization, inventory & cleanliness of pantry and equipment inventory.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for Bangalore offices in-house food service vendors.
  • Act as location expert on all things food & beverage related.
  • Arrange and maintain good relationships with all catering and snack vendors.
  • Manage company surveys and ensure feedback is responded too.
  • Monitor the free issue food and social events budgets and periodically report the status to the Workplace Manager.
  • Support H&S committee initiatives and ensure we are compliant and up to date with Food Hygiene and H&S training .
  • Ensure budget and food service safety is being met and adhered to.


Event Operations Support

  • Help conceptualize and execute innovative in-house event programming including monthly social hours, webinars, and Employee Resource Group programming and support the roll out of said programming, including internal communications via slack, DWP, outlook, EPOCH.
  • Maintain a master event database to include local event venues, vendors, history of events, event costs, and images.
  • Source catering onsite.
  • Assist with white glove requests as necessary.
  • Assist with expenses and accounting, including but not limited to monthly budget & credit card expense reconciliation, vendor invoicing, payroll/tax compliance tracking reports and Certificates of Insurance, as required by location.
  • Oversight of physical event inventory & storage management .
    Assist with administrative duties related to vendor relationships including meeting scheduling, contract management with Legal, and tracking payment scheduling with AP/Finance.

 What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience within the hospitality or corporate sector.
  •  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building strong professional relationships.
  •  Adaptable and willing to work across multiple office locations as needed.
  •  Proficient in utilizing standard business software, communication platforms, and digital tools.
