The Role 

As a Supply Chain PMO Intern, you will support the Head of PMO in coordinating and delivering key supply chain projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to project governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, international environment. You will also play a role in improving internal communication across the supply chain function, including contributing to innovative, AI-driven initiatives. This internship will begin in early July 2026.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain projects  

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables  

• Track progress and update dashboards, KPIs, and status reports  

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture key actions  

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation plans  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, operations)  

• Assist with data analysis to support decision-making  

• Coordinate the monthly Supply Chain newsletter and drive improvements  

• Work with the Supply Chain Data Scientist on AI initiatives to enhance internal communication 

 

Who You Are 

• Currently pursuing an HBO, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field  

• Eligible for an internship through your university  

• Interested in project management and supply chain operations  

• Basic understanding (or strong interest) in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall is a plus)  

• Familiar with or curious about change management and stakeholder engagement 

• Fluency in English (Dutch is a big plus)

De Rol

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden 

• Ondersteunen bij de planning, uitvoering en monitoring van supply chain projecten  

• Beheren van projectdocumentatie, tijdlijnen en deliverables  

• Voortgang bijhouden en dashboards, KPI’s en statusrapportages updaten  

• Coördineren van meetings, opstellen van agenda’s en vastleggen van actiepunten  

• Identificeren van risico’s, issues en afhankelijkheden en ondersteunen bij mitigatie  

• Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams (zoals procurement, logistiek en operations)  

• Ondersteunen bij data-analyse ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming  

• Coördineren van de maandelijkse Supply Chain nieuwsbrief en verbeteringen doorvoeren  

• Samenwerken met de Supply Chain Data Scientist aan AI-initiatieven om interne communicatie te verbeteren  

 

Wie Ben Jij? 

• Je volgt een HBO, Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management, Projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare studie  

• Je bent beschikbaar voor een stage via je opleiding  

• Je hebt interesse in projectmanagement en supply chain processen  

• Basiskennis van (of sterke interesse in) projectmanagementmethodologieën (zoals Agile of Waterfall)  

• Interesse in change management en stakeholder management  

• Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands
