The Role
As an HRBP Intern, you will support the HR Business Partner team in delivering high-quality HR services across the EMEA region. You will gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives, while working closely with HR and business stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to understand how HR partners with the business to drive performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP team across multiple countries
- Maintain organisational charts and employee records
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes (e.g., internal transfers, documentation)
- Support compliance with local labour laws and HR policies
- Coordinate with local HR teams, Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits), and Payroll
- Support communication and follow-ups between HRBPs and country HR teams
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Conduct research on HR best practices and market benchmarks
- Identify and suggest process improvements
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an HBO, Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management (with HR specialisation), or a related field
- Interested in HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
- Previous experience in an HR or office environment is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
