As a Supplier Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Procurement team and report into the Head of Global Procurement. This role requires high energy and the ability to form relationships internally with stakeholders as well as externally with our supplier base to forge strategic partnerships! Responsibilities
- Send out Quarterly Business Review (QBR) requests to our Suppliers
- Maintain log of Completed/Pending QBR with Notes
- Attend and coordinate business reviews with stakeholders and suppliers
- Create and forge strong relationships with our Suppliers and Stakeholders
- Aiding the procurement team in negotiations
- Email supplier for renewal process kick off
- Aide in sending out scorecards to internal stakeholders and circulating to Suppliers
- Assist in pulling Reports on Supplier Spend/Use Case
- Maintain our supplier sheet with up to date information
- Support and troubleshoot supplier onboarding into our P2P system
- Maintain New Supplier Tracker
- Maintain our Supplier Mailbox
- Collect Supplier Diversity Certifications
- Work on various projects directed by Head of Global Procurement and Procurement Manager
- Support the Procurement team on Renewals
- Work Cross Collaboratively within Talkdesk with all Departments and stakeholders
- Assist with day-to-day procurement activities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to LEARN!
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Flexibility and desire to work in a high-growth environment
- High Energy and passionate of problem solving
- 0-2 years of work experience (training will be provided)
- Travel may be required to attend supplier meetings (1-2x a month)
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
