Field Marketing Manager (Remote - Central/Eastern Time Zone)
The Basics:
The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives that align with sales priorities and accelerate pipeline growth. This role combines strategic expertise with hands-on execution of integrated events. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively across teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Partnership with Sales: Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to support quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances teams to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage impactful regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate deal cycles.
- Performance & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts.
- Sales Enablement & Communication: Maintain strong alignment with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops. Advocate for sales needs and communicate marketing priorities effectively.
- Marketing Operations: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute successful events independently.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement regional field marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Execute integrated events that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
- Monitor and report on event performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead management and follow-up.
- Manage budgets and timelines for regional marketing programs.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3–6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing.
- Proven success in designing and executing integrated programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Skills & Other Requirements:
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and French preferred for regional engagement in Canada.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $155,000 This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
