The Opportunity
TaskHuman is looking for a Growth Product Manager to expand our small but mighty Growth team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of product, marketing and strategy experience, particularly in driving B2B2C revenue/user growth. You will be instrumental in executing our growth strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives and driving successful outcomes for users, clients and the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company objectives, leveraging tactics across product, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships with external providers.
- Design and implement lifecycle-based growth features and segmentation strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of growth-focused product features, working closely with engineering & design to drive execution and launch.
- Collaborate with Data Science to shape and refine new algorithms for personalization, recommendations, visual indicators, and friction reduction.
- Establish best practices and processes to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, identify high impact conversion opportunities, and run high-velocity, data-driven experiments.
- Build and maintain a strong growth-focused culture of innovation, experimentation and data focus.
- Own the full lifecycle of growth tactics, including measurement, iteration, and corrective actions to optimize performance.
- Drive Go-To-Market strategies, including phased releases, pilot programs, collateral development, and internal training to support successful product adoption.
- Guide the design and development of a growth infrastructure including tools, systems and reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing, Content and Finance to prioritize initiatives and align at a company level.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in product-led growth and/or growth marketing
- Strong technical acumen with experience delivering platform, data, and infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives
- Deep analytical skills with a strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
- Experience leveraging full-funnel growth tactics, including in-product optimizations, lifecycle marketing, and external partnerships
- Strong familiarity with growth analytics and experimentation platforms such as Firebase, Amplitude, Looker, and BigQuery (highly desirable)
- Experience using Iterable as a marketing automation platform (highly desirable)
- Highly adaptable and versatile with ability to operate across multiple teams and time zones
- Entrepreneurial/startup mindset to drive outcomes autonomously
- Experience and appetite for working in a fast-paced technology and innovation environment highly preferred
- Genuine interest in the mission of TaskHuman and being a part of something bigger than any one person or business group
