At Taskrabbit, we want to transform lives one task at a time. As a company we celebrate innovation, inclusion and hard work. Our culture is collaborative, pragmatic, and fast-paced. We’re looking for talented, entrepreneurially minded and data-driven people who also have a passion for helping people do what they love. Together with IKEA, we’re creating more opportunities for people to earn a consistent, meaningful income on their own terms by building lasting relationships with clients in communities around the world.

Taskrabbit is a hybrid company with employees distributed across the US and EU and a Built In — Best Places to Work (2022, 2023, 2024) continually ranked across multiple national and regional categories. Join us at Taskrabbit, where your work will be meaningful, your ideas valued, and your potential unleashed!

This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration per week in our Hub office in San Francisco.

About the Role

This highly visible, operationally-focused role is the primary day-to-day owner of Taskrabbit Delivery (formerly known as Dolly) operations within the Tasker Operations team. Taskrabbit Delivery currently has a separate supply base, tools, and a different product from the rest of the Taskrabbit business. As we further integrate Taskrabbit Delivery into the rest of the business, you will serve as the central point of continuity and operational excellence, ensuring supply remains healthy, reliable, and aligned with evolving TR standards.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager for Tasker Success, your primary mission is to be the shepherd of Taskrabbit Delivery supply, responsible for maintaining supply performance and balancing supply with market demand in order to directly impact invoices and revenue. You will manage the full Taskrabbit Delivery supply lifecycle (post-acquisition), lead operational execution, and maintain the supply-demand balance needed to keep our operations running efficiently.

This role requires strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration as well as strong analytical skills, and is ideal for a detail-oriented individual contributor who excels at managing complexity, driving execution, and ensuring operational stability across multiple markets.

What You'll Work On

  • Serve as the operational owner of Taskrabbit Delivery supply, monitoring performance and health metrics across markets. Oversee supply lifecycles, programs, and communications to ensure a high-quality, continuous flow of Helpers and strong fulfillment.
  • Maintain critical supply-demand balance across markets, ensuring sufficient qualified Helpers to meet demand and support partnership objectives. Execute operational priorities, escalating risks, gaps, and market needs proactively.
  • Partner with the Senior Supply Specialist to prioritize supply needs and address supply gaps through targeted registrations, onboarding, and prioritization.
  • Track and report on supply performance and health metrics, creating and maintaining dashboards and using analytics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Develop and execute tactical plays (communications) based on supply needs and market insights to drive supply alignment, behavior change, and growth.
  • Own your Book of Business of Helpers, ensuring high activation, retention, utilization, billing, and quality across the United States. Coach and mentor Helpers daily, helping them become highly successful on the platform and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure consistent delivery and effective execution of virtual programs that advise new and tenured Helpers in group settings.
  • Lead local community engagement, organizing and executing events that connect and support the Helper community.
  • Partner with the Quality team to execute quality initiatives that support reliability, compliance, and strong operational performance.
  • Support automation initiatives to increase efficiency and operational scalability.
  • Consult when needed on partnership assessments and drive operational launches, ensuring new Taskrabbit Delivery partnerships are onboarded smoothly and efficiently with prepared Helpers and aligned supply levels.
  • Align Taskrabbit Delivery operations with broader Taskrabbit processes, standards, and tools, ensuring Helpers understand and adhere to updated expectations as Taskrabbit Delivery evolves toward further platform integration.
  • Travel up to 10% to attend team and metro-specific events.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on other duties as necessary.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational, program management, or customer-facing roles, demonstrating an ability to drive complex business outcomes.
  • A seasoned strategist who builds, executes, and rigorously measures the impact of initiatives from start to finish.
  • Expert in digging into data to understand trends, and has strong data communication skills. Proficiency with Sigma (or similar data tool) and SQL are strongly preferred.
  • Equally comfortable diving deep into data and talking with Helpers.
  • Naturally curious and resourceful, with a strong instinct to investigate problems from multiple angles and uncover root causes — always on the lookout for smarter, more creative solutions that challenge the status quo.
  • A hands-on operator who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves — comfortable moving between strategy and execution to drive real outcomes, and energized by finding ways to automate, streamline, and build new tools that accelerate impact.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at prioritization and scoping complex projects.
  • A gifted collaborator who can influence internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Business Intelligence, Tasker Success, Partnerships) without direct authority.
  • Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment, while navigating ambiguity.
  • Energized by the challenge of finding opportunities to unify our platforms faster and drive innovative solutions at scale.
  • Exceptionally customer-centric, with a deep passion for the Helper experience.
  • An open, authentic, and skilled communicator with comfort presenting analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
